6 hard boiled eggs
4 1/2 tablespoons Blue Plate® Mayonnaise
mustard to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
SLICE eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
MASH yolks with a fork and add in remaining ingredients, stirring til smooth.
SPOON mixture into egg whites.
SPRINKLE with paprika and chill for 15 minutes or longer before serving.
